Delivered incorrect or faulty goods...

In the unlikely event that you receive items which were not what you ordered or which are faulty, we shall make good any shortage, replace or repair any defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the items in question. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please contact us and we will arrange collection of the faulty goods.

We do not accept returns of customised goods for any other reason.


We will notify you via email when we have processed your return and refunded your money. This may take up to 10 working days from receipt of the returned item.
